  4. Approve the Consent Agenda (County Clerk and Clerk of the District Court Report and the County Treasurer’s Miscellaneous Receipts).
  5. Reappoint ____ to the Franklin County Comprehensive Planning and Zoning Regulations Commission.
  6. Mark E. Goebel, County Weed Control Superintendent, to meet with the Board at 9:05 A.M.
  7. Jerrell F. Gerdes, on behalf of the Franklin County Memorial Hospital, to meet with the Board at 9:30 A.M. re Hospital Information.
  8. Ruth E. Jackson, County Assessor, to meet with the Board at 10:00 A.M.
    1. Tax List Corrections.
  9. Wayne T. Bach, County Highway Superintendent, to meet with the Board at 10:30 A.M.
    1. Report of the study for the Petition for Vacation of Road.  The following is the legal description of said Road:  A portion of public road one mile in length lying between Sections Eight (8) and Nine (9), Township Four (4), North, Range Sixteen (16), West of the 6th P.M. in Franklin County, Nebraska, being a portion of 22 Road. 
    2. Discuss the sealed bids for the three (3) year Contract for Continuing Professional Engineering Consulting Services for Federal and State Aid Projects.
    3. Discuss road issues that involve fence.
